ARTHĀ PATH

The Foundation of Healing & Inner and Abundant Stability

Essence of Artha

Artha marks the beginning of the spiritual path — where students begin to untangle themselves from trauma, karmic entrapment, and inherited identity structures. It is the grounding phase of Self-Realisation, focused on building emotional, energetic, and psychological stability. Here, we foster the capacity for inner alignment, resourcing, and the gradual uncovering of soul truth.

This is the sacred soil where healing takes root — where fragmentation is met with presence, and the sacred work of remembrance begins.

Arthā Path – Interpretations & Next Steps: Questionnaire

Material & Financial Security

I often think about money—how to earn it, save it, or secure it.

I desire more financial stability or independence.

Safety & Stability

Feeling physically safe is important to me; I avoid situations that feel chaotic or risky.

I crave a stable routine or environment that helps me feel grounded.

I value having a predictable rhythm to my day or week.

I am focused on creating a strong foundation for the future.

I’m actively working to establish or re-establish safety—emotionally, physically, or relationally.

 Nervous System & Emotional Regulation

I often feel dysregulated, anxious, or overwhelmed.

I spend time each day calming my body and mind (e.g., breathwork, mindfulness, somatic work).

Purpose, Identity & Desire for Grounding

I’m in a phase of rebuilding or restructuring my life or identity.

I seek clarity in who I am and where I’m going.

I feel the need to “get my life together” before pursuing deeper spiritual or relational goals.

I want to understand what a secure life looks and feels like for me.

I am drawn to learning practical skills that help me function better in the world.

Spiritual Grounding

Even in my spiritual life, I long for practices that help me feel rooted and steady.

I am not ready to explore expansive or mystical ideas until I feel more secure in my body and life.

If you checked 10 or more statements, you’re likely in an Artha-oriented phase—where safety, security, grounding, and material well-being are calling for your attention. That’s not a limitation—it’s a sacred and essential foundation for the rest of life’s journey, including Kama, Dharma, and Moksha.
