Listening Circles
a series of 3 monthly sessions

Rooted in active listening and a resonant heart coherence group field, we will be weaving with each other, for 3 monthly sessions, and with what the energies of each day are bringing forth for us to discuss and look at within as well as for the collective.

January 10
In this circle we will look at the feminine and masculine principles. What are these principles and how might we see them inside each one of us? Are there any imbalances? Through reflection and shared inquiry, we will welcome personal insights and experiences related to these aspects, in order to hopefully gain perspective on what might we need to break free from to be in full service to the divine.
February 21
This is a session in between eclipses, and as norm, that is a time that fosters a lot of transformation, endings and new beginnings. This time in between is especially marked by uncertainty and lack of clarity, so we will leave this space semi open to anything that might be arising that is needed to be witnessed and acknowledged, nurturing a space for growth.
March 21
Coming into Spring energy and winding down eclipse energies, in this session we will be looking at what are you wanting to bring into the world? Any projects, ideas, healing and insights we might have had that will help us flourish and our communities? We will utilise this space to verbalise and iterate together, tapping into the inspiration of the group field to give voice to what is taking shape within.

Madalena Banha
Since 2018 Madalena has been on a profound energy medicine journey having been initiated into Reiki and Sekhem lineages, being a Sekhem Master practitioner.
She’s trained in Permaculture, Plant Alchemy, Multidimensional Trauma-Informed Approaches, Divination, Brainspotting, Multidimensional Spaceholing and is a trauma-informed practitioner.
Madalena is a Kalachakra Trantra practitioner – the Tantra of World Peace with Kentrul Rinpoché from the Jonang Lineage.
She’s been working in pioneer and visionary projects, and intergenerationally for over 5 years, being a co-founder of Dharma STARS. Madalena is a bridge between the youth and the elders.
Over the past several years, I have been deeply involved in supporting spiritual practice spaces. This includes holding monthly Sekhem group sessions for the past three years, assisting my teacher Victoria Sinclair in retreat settings for the past four years, and in the last year I have been offering individual listening sessions. Alongside this, my administrative role with Dharma STARS has allowed me to engage closely with students and develop a grounded, compassionate presence across a wide range of situations.
