From 17th January (during the Night and Warrior Wavespell) we will be running a 9-day Sacral Chakra and Venus–Saturn Codes intensive immersion, plus 4 days integration.
Padma Khandro has found some significant portals in the timelines that will deeply assist us to step forward as the New Priestesshood and Dakini Weavers. Gateways that are going to create pivotal opportunities to move beyond pseudo-spirituality, which has many limitations, and onto authentic and enriching Dharma paths.
We are going to offer deep experiential, professional, therapeutic and metaphysical guidance on the planets of Venus and Saturn and why they are keys for this gateway. Our team is here to help you work across lifetimes and karma to truly step into your highest iteration as a pioneer for the forthcoming Golden Age.
Many people are aware that they are here for a grand mission but are pointing in a slightly misguided direction. The collective karma over the next year or two, as it arises, can help us to move beyond this which means that we can all cultivate to a higher level and actually free ourselves from many of the afflictions that keep us from Truth.
Understanding the metaphysics of the serpent archetype, the sacral chakra, yogic philosophy and multidimensional DNA knowledge combined, on this occasion with deep teaching on Venus & Saturn helps us to align with astrology, esoteric wisdom, trauma-informed work and numerology to utilise ancient pranayama practices as a flip switch to move through karmic residues.
2025 is going to be something of a game changer!

& this is one of the reasons we will offer this journey at this time.
While a Venus–Saturn conjunction is an annual occurrence, the placement of this meeting point plus the presence of specific markers in many people’s charts shows that our concept of Venus is going under review.
In Padma’s book, Dakini Weaving – Keys to the Golden Age, she has written of this important time and shift from 2025 and how, if we utilise these gateways appropriately we can create firm foundations for the Golden Age/New Earth.
Right now many people are in what we might call a ‘trauma Venus’.
The journey to elevation of our Venus codes is a matter of applying ourselves and upgrading in the right way.
Interestingly, our sacral chakra is the locus point of many of the afflictions that pervade Venus and so we are going to combine the Serpents of Transformation Sacral Journey WITH the Venus Saturn Conjunction.
In true astrological perfection, the astrological markers in other systems also show this is a perfect time to do this work.
This immersion is profoundly life-changing: it brings up a lot to move through, and gives you practices and insights to keep for life, to help you release samskaras and blockages of negative sacral chakra karma.

Serpents of Transformation Immersion
This course takes you on a deep healing journey of the soul, and what this looks like will be different for each of us. Different stories and experiences from childhood and past lives bubble to the surface, wounds which the inner child has carried around for years—and so much more. There is literally a portal this year for wounded (sacral trauma) Venus to ascend for the collective to catalyse the Golden Age and true Venusian priestesshood. However, many are unaware of the trauma Venus, which can be seen through so many deflected kundalini risings! What does the new ‘priestesshood’ look like?
Essentially, it is possible that a widespread collective affliction towards superficial, material desire-based spirituality may be overcome by many and give way to the attributes of altruistic spirituality. This new ‘priestesshood’ could become Sacred Activists if excessive Venusian energies become more balanced and truly based around compassion.
The evolution for many could therefore lead for spiritual seekers and practitioners to be:
- Dedicated to others – a rise in humanitarian endeavour;
- Operating for the collective – not just self-serving spirituality;
- Ability to balance comfort and discomfort;
- Ability to balance the need for recognition with invisibility;
- Able to move beyond co-dependent partnerships and relationships to become more Dharma-informed;
- Able to understand sacrifice for the greater good and to push oneself to overcome bad habits;
- Display willingness to go into settings where the ego may be challenged;
- Serve a true community with real needs – not just ‘performing’ service for social media, marketing and image;
- Able to contemplate suffering and to earnestly approach collective remedies with devotion and diligence;
- See the importance of all people – not just the affluent or ‘successful’ and to commit to deeper humanitarian engagement;
- Not driven by desire or pleasure seeking;
- Ready to go outside of comfort zone;
- Dedicating one’s work and merit to all sentient beings – understanding that transformation must be holistic.
For some, indeed, it seems that 2025 will mark a year of ‘sobering’ up to the true path of the warrior which requires humility, dedication, taming of the ego and selflessness. This appears to herald a ‘preparation phase’ for holding space for communities as a countdown to the energies of 2027. Those who begin during this portal will have a great opportunity to ground and prepare to truly step into their Highest Dharma.

Victoria Sinclair Padma Khandro
Padma Khandro Victoria Sinclair is a Worldwide respected consciousness innovator having facilitated community trainings and events for over 20 years. She is a trauma specialist originally from Belfast, N.Ireland and works bridging realms and modalities in innovation and unique ways for each client or group’s needs.
Padma Khandro is well-known as a culture bridge-maker in her integral work with a broad range of recognised indigenous elders and teachers in S. America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Her training background includes; Transpersonal Psychology, Epigenetics, Trauma work, Pranayama, Kundalini Yoga, Plant medicines, De-colonisation and Quantum, sound and ancestral practices. She is also a plant communicator and trainer of Sekhem Healing, Serpent Codes, Quantum Consciousness, Fundamental Energetics and Altered States of Consciousness. Her fusion trauma informed approaches bridge shamanism, IFS, CRM, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Quantum Transfiguration and Ancestral work. She has been working as a practitioner in Energy Work and Mental Healthcare settings for 20 years. Over the last 4 years she has become a practitioner of Kalachakra Highest Yoga Tantra, studying with Rime, non-sectarian Master, Khentrul Rinpoche and the Dzokden organisation.
Padma Khandro is a unique practitioner who works with transmission states and deep clearing to enable clients to process karma and trauma that previously had not been able to surface. Madalena Banha
Madalena is an energy medicine practitioner.
Since 2018 she has been on a deep energy medicine journey having been initiated into Reiki and Sekhem lineages, being a Sekhem Advanced practitioner.
She’s trained in Permaculture, Plant Alchemy, Energetic Hygiene, Divination, Brainspotting, Multidimensional Spaceholing and is a trauma-informed practitioner.
Her connection with plants has deepened over the years, working closely with them since 2019 and in 2022 she was initiated into Tobacco – a sacred master plant teacher – by her teacher Victoria Padma Khandro.
She’s been working in pioneer and visionary projects, and intergenerationally for over 5 years, being a co-founder of Dharma STARS.
