Madalena is an energy medicine practitioner working with quantum and multidimensional healing modalities, alongside the astrological science of Jyotish (Vedic astrology), to support people through moments of transformation, transition, and spiritual growth.
Her work is a fusion of the initiations, teachings, and trainings she has undergone over the years, offering a grounded yet expansive, multidimensional lens that bridges the practical and the spiritual. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, with particular focus on the processing and integration of memories, emotions, and psychic residue that may remain from traumatic or impactful experiences and relationships. One of her specialisms is energy clearing, working with modalities like Sekhem and Quantum Transfiguration, either individually or in combination.
Her extensive training includes Quantum Transfiguration; Death, Dying and Transitions; Multidimensional Spaceholding; Sekhem; Trauma Work; Brainspotting; Listening Skills; Energy Clearing; Astrology; and Plant Alchemy. (for all training see relevant section below) She has been studying Western Astrology for over five years and Vedic Astrology since 2023, receiving teachings from Katy Emma, Sherab Gyalmo, Padma Khandro, Achala Mihajlović, alongside many other astrologers and teachers.
Madalena’s journey into energy medicine deepened in 2018, leading her to become attuned to Reiki and Sekhem, while also undertaking trainings in other healing modalities.
Since 2019, Madalena has travelled extensively, forming deep connections and experiences that continue to inform and enrich her practice. Her connection with plants has also deepened over the years, having worked closely with them since 2019. She worked extensively with hemp for 2 years as a plant alchemist at 7 Sister Portuguese Hemp project, and in 2022 she was initiated into Tobacco – a sacred master plant teacher – by her teacher Padma Khandro.
She’s a practitioner of Kalachakra Tantra – the Tantra of World Peace under the guidance of Kentrul Rinpoché from the Jonang Lineage.
Mostly since 2021, she has worked within retreat settings and their organisation, supporting her elders in the creation of trainings, ceremonies, retreats, and tribal gatherings. Her roles have included administration, registrations, logistics, and cooking, offering grounded support across many layers of the work. Much of this work has taken place in Portugal, Amatlan (Mexico), Glastonbury (England), Glen Lyon (Scotland) and Ireland.
Over the past 8 years, she’s been working intergenerationally in pioneer and visionary projects, such as Self-Worth Academy, Raiz de Portugal, 7 Irmãs, Burren Yoga Retreat Center, Lotus Consciousness, Dharma STARS.
Madalena is passionate about bringing in the feminine principle, cultivating a decolonised approach, and holding a space of respect and union between people of all backgrounds, traditions, and belief systems.
