In the coming 18 months many people will be put through profound initiations where the mark of their authenticity is put to the test and delusions and superficiality will be deeply challenged energetically, karmically and professionally.
As part of our Venus-Saturn codes series over the next year we are offering this very special and much-needed day training retreat to help you upskill as a practitioner.
Time and again we meet very gifted students and professionals who have not invested in their ethical growth as a practitioner. There seems to be a misguided notion that we can just show up as a multidimensional person and hold space for others. A further expectation seems to be that trainers in multidimensional modalities can somehow consolidate everything they have learned over decades, which took a great investment in time and energy on their part, to just pass this all along in a fast-track scenario to their students.
Things drag to a standstill with practitioners who don’t have adequate understanding, training and experience in real-life scenarios.
Just like Saturn, the planet of karma, restrictions and hard-work, we can’t bypass the real work if we want to be a practitioner of utmost impeccability, discernment and adaptability.
As we move ever closer to a Golden Age, prophesied for around 2033, it is going to be imperative for those who wish to be multidimensional vanguards to apply themselves and also overcome superficiality, laziness and opting for comfort and opulence. Saturn is going to be rubbing against Venus astrologically and those who utilise this powerful astrology will actually benefit from a stronger Venus in the long run, which will help to seed a whole new fleet of Shambhala Warriors.
The New Priestesshood is coming, but not without some deep karmic teachings about what spiritual and service really look like.

This is a full day retreat with 4 wonderful workshops. From 10:30 to 18:30 UK time
We have plenty of breaks to give a rest from screen time. You will also receive recordings of the sessions if you cannot attend any segment.
If you wish to attend singular or combinations of the sessions they are also available to purchase individually both in real-time and on our learning platform.
As we open up this journey to the deep revelations of Venus and Saturn, a primary objective of this journey will be to help people understand Venus better. Those who wish for a deeper experience can take part in our extra Saturn offerings running alongside and after the journey. Understanding Saturn is a MUST for anyone who wishes to become an authentic and ethical practitioner.
Important: Please note that from late April a new pre-requisite to advance with any practitioner training we offer will be to have demonstrated ethics training either through external bodies or in-house with Dharma Stars. Attendance, and demonstration of processing the information shared counts toward your practitioner training and ethics hours in Sekhem, Quantum Transfiguration, Death and Dying and other forthcoming trainings.

Understanding and Learning to Love Saturn – The Archetypal strength of the Lord of Time, Karma and Sacrifice – Padma Khandro
Padma Khandro will introduce participants to Saturn, Lord of Time, inner judgement, karma and responsibility. Saturn gets a bad rap and is often misunderstood to the detriment of our higher path. Saturn is known to create delays in things and often when we are a novice we race ahead and create a lot of damage and negative as a result. When people ignore their Saturn they bypass what is ultimately a deep dive into having more responsibility. In the western world we tend to be overly greedy, pushy and competitive. This does not serve the ethical practitioner and many promising to-be adepts have strong Saturn in their charts to help to NOT make the mistakes that thwarted their growth and Dharma in past lives. Learning to accept and harness Saturn’s energy wisely actually will bring success, material stability and spiritual growth.
In this teaching you will:
- Learn how to sense Saturn’s rings around you and when there is a gift in being delayed on your path. By gaining understanding of this we no longer feel frustrated but can learn to rewire ourselves to be more prudent and discerning
- Understand some vital information about Saturn which helps us to benefit from what this powerful planet is leading us to confront or overcome. Learn some basic keys for making friends with your Saturn and remedying negative karma to transmute it into dedication and ethical equipoise
- Learn about Saturn as the Lord of the Shadow and how a deeper understanding of this can help us grow psychologically
- Become aware of Saturn as a marker of your debt to a particular part of society. We will also discuss Saturn Return and Sade Sati periods and the gifts they bring.
- We will look at what Saturn is here to teach us about being responsible in life. By looking at Saturn in-depth and gaining respect and alignment with it as a high teacher we will find that this will actually propel us onto a path of authenticity and impeccability
- Finally, we will teach you a Saturn mantra which we will chant together which will help you to instantly remedy negative karma and to befriend this
Coming in the Right Way – Padma Khandro
This term is used in indigenous societies in Australia and refers to a body of ethical and law/lore-based teachings known as ‘protocol’. Western spiritual practitioners seem to be nothing short of allergic to the concept of ethics and natural law. The truth is, though, that we will never become an authentic practitioner if we do not learn to honour fundamental principles.
Everything has a right time and right order (or maybe several) but the western novice often tries to bulldoze into scenarios by asking too many questions, not listening to elders first, not examining the hierarchy or organisation in a particular setting and making it all about themselves. In the practitioner world there are similar principles that create sacred and professional conduct and right now a lot of people expose their feelings of pride and entitlement by not ‘coming in the right way’.
If we understand Saturn and some principles that can be transposed into community and practitioner settings by the Lord of Time and responsibility, we can become a more mature and respected/full practitioner.
In this satsang Padma will share some often overlooked fundamentals around Natural time, Indigenous Science, Dharma and Sacred order to help you become more aware and aligned. We will then have break out rooms where you will in small groups discuss a nominated case study to learn experientially. It is hoped that this will open you up to rewiring to have ethical rather than egoic tendencies at your foundation.
Explorations of your Ethical Template & prevalent pitfalls as students and practitioners – Maaike de Haan
Have you ever questioned your own ethical development and aptitude? Just how much ‘Saturnian application’ is required from you in order to study or practise? Maaike will approach today’s themes from a grounded professional perspective, sourcing from her experience as an art psychotherapist, lecturer and multidimensional energy medicine practitioner.
We see gifted students and practitioners who seem to not yet have a solid internalised ethical compass, unwittingly perpetuating dubious practices and creating unsafe environments, stepping in all the proverbial pitfalls that are part and parcel of working with people. What does it mean when people haven’t had to study ethics in their practitioner training, where does this show? And what has this meant for us within DharmaSTARS?
Explore the parameters with us as we delve into a range of evocative ethical topics, woven together by anecdotal examples and observations by both Maaike and Padma Khandro; from fraternising with your fellow students to the phenomenon of ‘maternal transference’. Trauma bonding, ego, parts and ‘security blankets’. The difference and overlap between ‘working therapeutically’ while learning a new modality and ‘being in therapy’, and when to prioritise one over the other. The tension between comfort and growth in effective therapeutic or educational spaceholding and the role of self reflexivity therein.
We’ll explore the different roles we inhabit in these spaces, as students, clients, therapists and teachers/ mentors, and the perpetual tantric dance between these at any given time. What happens when the lines get blurred and how easily is this done? Something can be completely valid and appropriate in one context and a great big no-no in another, at times even showing signs of psychopathology lurking in the subconscious shadows..
With this presentation and the additional brainstorm session, we aim to shine an inquisitive light on these topics and help you to find the right order and perspective to start creating your own ethical template for impeccable practitionership.

Ethical Social Media – The energetics of your Online Presence – with Katie Brockhurst, the Social Media Angel, and Padma Khandro
A live weaving with Katie Brockhurst the Social Media Angel and Padma Khandro about Ethical Social Media. Katie assists changemakers and spiritual entrepreneurs to find their ethical groove through coaching in the energetics of social media. Both Katie and Padma feel strongly that there are deep energetics at play with how we present ourselves to the world and the spaces that are opened up in this specific dimension. How many people know about energy harvesting, the consciousness and spirit of AI, or have overcome their wounds around the axis of recognition versus invisibility?
We will have some interview time where we will weave with many topics that are exceedingly timely. We will be looking at energetic hijacking, the neuroscience of social media and how this can take us off our true Dharma path, and the deep initiations that social media bring up for us incarnated in human bodies, around ego and soul. Katie will also take us on a journey to meet the virtual world, visiting digital earth and to bring back some understanding and messages from this realm. We hope that this insightful session will help you to contemplate the important topic of ethical social media and to springboard your online offerings into having full alignment with your Highest Dharma and to true abundance.
There will also be some time for you to ask Katie some personal questions to help you gain more insight about stepping into resonance, flow and authenticity as an online presence.

Katie Brockhurst
Katie Brockhurst is the author of the Social Media for a New Age books, and one of the first accredited digital wellbeing coaches (DipICF) in the world. Katie is considered a pioneer in social media, as the first to win a Sony Radio Academy Award for podcasting in 2007, to setting up one of the first social media agencies in London at the same time. Katie now works with teachers and practitioners in the spiritual and wellness space, from well known authors such as Rebecca Campbell, Lisa Lister and Diana Cooper to those just starting out on their journey in the online world. She also heads up the social media team for The Common at Glastonbury Festival. Social media is very much her dharma, looking at the role it plays in all our lives, bringing a more magical and energetic approach which takes our relationship to it individually and as a collective, plus our wellbeing into account.
Maaike de Haan
Maaike de Haan is an art therapist and holistic practitioner with a foundation in energy medicine and teaching background in higher education, who has devoted her life to studying and working within the Healing Arts. She’s a Dharma STARS co-founder, course contributor and senior practitioner for the platform.
Maaike has a longstanding history and relationship with professional ethics and Saturnian application, from her early days as an art therapist-in-training through to being an educator teaching social work and art therapy students in the Netherlands, and later on during her long-term apprenticeships in tattooing and multidimensional practitionership, internationally. Maaike is currently working as a registered art therapist, taking part in regular supervision and peer-to-peer intervision and has taken part in several international art therapy ethics discussions.
Through her years of professional training and lived experience, constant application and ongoing curiosity and exploration on many levels, Maaike brings a rich and multi-layered approach to what is often seen as a ‘dry’ and sober subject. She’s on a mission to transform popular opinion and is passionate about weaving her manifold experiences together for the benefit of our DharmaSTARS’ students and ethical practitionership as a whole.
Maaike weaves a fusion of modalities, anchoring her natural intuitive, empathic and multidimensional gifts in psychotherapeutic training and initiations into ancient wisdom and energy medicine lineages, resulting in a grounded holistic and trauma-informed approach.
Maaike is a Quantum Transfiguration practitioner (level 2), Reiki Master [Usui/ Tibetan tradition] and Sekhem Master/ Teacher initiate, who has studied specialisms in Energetic Hygiene & Clearings, Spaceholding, Earthkeeping and Death, Dying & Transitions, with her teacher Padma Khandro Victoria Sinclair – who she has been travelling and working with extensively in Mexico, Asia and Europe for the past 4+ years. She is currently developing Quantum Art Therapy as a modality, under the supervision of Victoria Padma Khandro – since 2022.
Currently in a triple strong Saturnian time astrologically, Maaike is personally and professionally both ready and rejoicing in the opportunity to be a part of our wider Saturnian Goat Brigade efforts within the platform!
Victoria Sinclair Padma Khandro
Padma Khandro Victoria Sinclair is a Worldwide respected consciousness innovator having facilitated community trainings and events for over 20 years. She is a trauma specialist originally from Belfast, N.Ireland and works bridging realms and modalities in innovation and unique ways for each client or group’s needs.
Padma Khandro is well-known as a culture bridge-maker in her integral work with a broad range of recognised indigenous elders and teachers in S. America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
With over 25 years practitioner training experience, Padma has realised the profound benefit of volunteering, long apprenticeship periods, ethics and the slow and steady Saturnian way through experiential and theoretical teachings across tribes, lineages and professions.
As someone who believes that we should practice self-responsibility rather than creating archaic authoritarian institutions Padma is a keen advocate for working with true governing principles of Natural Law and Time to help us expand as multidimensional practitioners and Shambhala Warriors. This means finding a meaningful departure from superficiality and on the other hand, samsaric institutions to become responsible and dedicated pioneers for a Golden Age
Also, Padma has studied and lectured media to doctorate level and worked as a researcher for the BBC.
Her training background includes; Transpersonal Psychology, Epigenetics, Trauma work, Pranayama, Kundalini Yoga, Plant medicines, De-colonisation and Quantum, sound and ancestral practices. She is also a plant communicator and trainer of Sekhem Healing, Serpent Codes, Quantum Consciousness, Fundamental Energetics and Altered States of Consciousness. Her fusion trauma informed approaches bridge shamanism, IFS, CRM, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Quantum Transfiguration and Ancestral work. She has been working as a practitioner in Energy Work and Mental Healthcare settings for 20 years. Over the last 4 years she has become a practitioner of Kalachakra Highest Yoga Tantra, studying with Rime, non-sectarian Master, Khentrul Rinpoche and the Dzokden organisation.
Victoria’s dedication to healing communities has initiated various ground-breaking programs including the Lotus Avatar Earthkeepers Program, Wounded Healer Holistic Series and the Lotus Consciousness Platform – a global hub for conscious education – as well facilitating ceremonial practice with plant teachers, tribal councils and communities and at many international event gatherings. She has also recently launched a new Mystery School – Dharma Sekhem Temple Arts Rejuvenation School.
