Sekhem Living Light Energy as intelligent system – from Trauma to Transcendence
Understanding the trajectory of the the journey with Sekhem from novice practitioner or client to Spiritual Mastery using the Hindu Purusharthas systems as a template.

In this lively panel discussion we share observations from Dharma STARS as Sekhem holistic practitioners and metaphysical educators. We chart how Applied Sekhem can help to work through trauma but also deconstruct the current trend in fixation on embodiment, nervous system regulation and the ‘Artha’ path.
Drawing insights from yogic philosophy, the archetype of Sekhmet and decades of applied work with tribal wisdom keepers, elders and Dharma teachers we share some inspiring trajectories that can enable practitioners and seekers to enter an authentic and grounded pathway to transcendence.
We will look at the higher functions of Sekhem attunements and the archetypes around the modality plus applied endeavour to understand a contemporary approach to the Indian Purusartha system of Artha – Kama – Dharma – Moksha.
By understanding these pillars and entering a container of applied Living Light Energy and ethics we can all move from Trauma to Transcendence.

Beyond traditional energy medicine – Sekhem as portal to diverse ways to work with multidimensionality

Sekhem is a multi-faceted modality and many practitioners often feel they are inadequate because they are trying to focus on it from a solely ‘reiki-style’ treatment perspective. For instance, many people in male bodies find that it feels odd and out of alignment to even practice in ‘reiki-style’ and often they struggle to feel empowered in a very female-dominated modality to find their own sacred groove. As a lineage with African connotations through the associations with Kemetic archetype, Sekhmet we also look at the need to understand thematics around decolonisation that are a vital essence to healers of all cultures.
In this lively discussion we will share stories from our own journey with Sekhem and how we learned to understand how it wanted to move through us.
Does culture and gender mean that Sekhem works differently for us? How can we open up to the diversity yet essential nature of what Sekhem is about with distortions of various lenses and projections?
How can we provide safe and novel spaces for clients and students as interdimensional beings in a changing world and ensure we are both authentic to our specific demographic reach and also working beyond the confines of marginalisation to embody and transmit pure living light energy?

In this panel discussion we will look at the rise of the ‘feminine principle’ as part of our collective evolution.
We will share teachings from our decades of work with lineages that honour the feminine principle to help create a non-gender specific space that reminds us of qualities that inhabit each of us that are vital to feeling more connected, intuitive and humble. With references to the Magdalene lineage, the Dakini (skydancers), Sekhem and other Kemetic archteypes and the Grandmothers and Net of Light, we will create a call to action for students and practitioners to activate their feminine gnosis to balance with the alert problem solving mode of thought.

Applied Bodhicitta, the Grandmothers field of consciousness and heart coherence with Cacao. – The importance of working beyond the constructs of the ego and how Sekhem Living Light energy facilitates a journey into humility.

In this workshop that culminates our eclipse season transmissions and also runs during our Sekhem festival we will look at the Buddhist term ‘Bodhicitta’ and how it connects to selfless, applied compassion. Just like Sekhmet, who exercised fierce loyalty that went beyond the personal, to enter into spiritual practitionership to understand that we are all in it together is imperative to open us to higher, benevolent energies.
One of the pitfalls on the healing and practitioner journey is becoming self-obsessed. In truth, a spiritual journey can only evolve into true transcendence if we are generous of spirit and wish, daily to alleviate the suffering of all sentient beings. This requires living from the heart and fierce compassion.
In this workshop we will explain the amazing benefits of operating from heart coherence and how it forms the backbone of some of the most powerful quantum work that we can do, and merge with Sekhem healing. We will also work with the Grandmothers, the Net of Light and Crystalline Mycelium grid. During this experiential workshop you will get the opportunity to experience both fields with added contexts by Padma as to why they are gateways to overcoming suffering, to enter into deeper quantum healing processes and catalysts to bringing about a timeline shift.

- Show how heart coherence is a remarkable tool and frequency to use to attune to others to help them see patterns and wounds that eluded them
- Demonstrate how we use heart coherence as an important tool and foundation to working through karma, trauma and multidimensional wounds
- How heart coherence contributes overall to cutting-edge modality Quantum Transfiguration and Sekhem healing
- Show how shared aspirational fields of consciousness work through the ‘Grandmothers primordial field’.
We will offer a group demo of heart coherence journeying and light quantum healing, utilising the support of Ix Cacao our plant teacher for the evening (which Padma has been working with ceremonially for 12 years, and has dieted extensively in Guatemala and Mexico).
It will not be a Cacao ceremony per se but we will be working with this dear plant teacher to help to open the heart space to enable you to attune to the sensation and quantum potential of heart coherence as a gateway to profound healing and transformation.

Why is Sekhem a modality for the times and how can we understand it in the context of collective awakening? As a modality connected to lore around temples and priest(ess)hood how can we envisage an authentic contemporary approach to spiritual service and roles? How does Sekhem help the rising of a new Priest(ess) hood to enter a gateway of collective evolution?
To honour place and time we will also share some lore and teachings about the importance of the Seven Sisters, Seven Rays and Pleiadean codes within Mystery School Traditions. We are at Seven Sisters sanctuary so it seems fitting to do so.
As a potent collective offering we will make a Hawarikuy (Andean despacho) to honour our aspirations to evolve to embody our highest, authentic and benevolent capacities as practitioners and seekers. More information will be circulated to those who register as you will be invited to bring some offerings. This will then be offered in Seven Sisters to create an alignment to the celestial, and to inaugurate the space and respect across all the realms. These offerings also have a personal component and are very potent in helping you align to your highest path.

The importance of Sekhem as a modality for authentic Practitionership and spiritual sovereignty – bridging the material and the physical

What does it mean to have Authority? SKHM is connected to Spiritual Authority and this is something that we often struggle to attain. Becoming initiated into Sekhem often creates life changes with our own energetics, the settings we inhabit and our law of attraction.
Many of us struggle to find our voice or to know when to speak up or to represent something and this may be a legacy of the ‘witch wound’ or other persecution and marginalisation residues we have from our ancestors, karmic shards and past lives (if you believe in them).
How do we learn to overcome the wounds and shadows around concepts of Authority and Hierarchy to know how to ‘come in the right way’ into situations, our practitioner offerings and our spiritual development? How do we map if it is ego or awakened presence that we are displaying?
As Sekhem practitioners or aspirants the energetic role of Authority that is associated with the spiritual archetypes and the modality itself is something that becomes a living, breathing sadhana. What does bridging the material and physical realms to the spiritual domains look like, why is it important, and how can it actually enrich our lives to become responsible, diligent and committed?
What is the journey to mastery beyond waving around certificates on social media? How does Sekhem open us up to an authentic pathway and what trials and tribulations may unfold?

Pranayama Workshop: explanation of lineage & teachings

*this is a compulsory teaching for the Pranayama Immersion but can be attended on it’s own
The 5 dayimmersion will then take place during the Moon wavespell between 19th and 23rd October and you will need to commit to TWO practice times daily around your schedule and specific instructions around eating and integration windows.
Some of what you will learn:
- Foundations of proper conscious breathing
- Why breathwork is important and the benefits of different kinds of breath
- The importance of prana and its benefits – medical, psychological, emotional and spiritual
- Yogic teachings on breathwork, associated asanas and kriyas to maximise different functions of the lungs
- Some supplementary pranayamas for different purposes – to assist integration and stabilise the nervous system
- How the unconscious and breathwork are connected and how we can repattern our psyche and ‘law of attraction’
- Padma will also, on the penultimate day of the immersion perform a special mantra which clears karma, to assist your process
- Astrological insights to deepen your clearing of ancient samskaras and karmas during the immersion time
- Tools to clear the unconscious while in the immersion and to come into higher manifestation
This secret practice is a gateway to higher yogas and is an amazing boost for mental health and the immune system on top of preparation for death processes. It brings deep altered states and bliss and clears the unconscious and manifests high outcomes to an astounding degree.
