A fusion of brainspotting and Sekhem to access a deeper space for assisting with the process of memories, emotions and unresolved trauma.
If you are feeling stuck or frozen with certain aspects of your life you may benefit from these to help you process that and create more space for new and healthier ways of being.
Each session is very unique in the way that it unfolds or is experienced.

More About Brainspotting and Sekhem
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a Body/Brain trauma healing modality, which works with the eyes and eye position and the felt sense in the body to access memories, emotions and unresolved trauma. By finding the brainspot and with the deep attunement between the client and the practitioner we are able to access the sub-cortex part of the brain where the oldest memories are allocated.
Brainspotting is believed to tap into the inherent capacity for self-reorganisation, self-regulation, and self-healing abilities. As every person processes in a different way, how it is experienced is unique for everyone. And it can work with from simple day-to-day to more complex issues.
Sekhem Healing
Sekhem is a channelled non-denominational energy – a Living Light Energy that is Universal.
Sekhem works on all levels simultaneously, the physical, mental, emotional and all of the spiritual planes. It flows to the places where you need it most, clearing energetic blockages and increasing your natural healing ability and vitality. It helps us to dissolve what no longer serves us to make space for regeneration and rebirth.
It is described as being very gentle, yet powerful in what it delivers to the individual. The ways one will receive Sekhem healing is unique to each person and everyone experiences it in a different way.
Madalena Banha
Madalena is an energy medicine practitioner.
Since 2018 she has been on a deep energy medicine journey having been initiated into Reiki and Sekhem lineages, being a Sekhem Advanced practitioner.
She’s trained in Permaculture, Plant Alchemy, Energetic Hygiene, Divination, Brainspotting, Multidimensional Spaceholing and is a trauma-informed practitioner.
Her connection with plants has deepened over the years, working closely with them since 2019 and in 2022 she was initiated into Tobacco – a sacred master plant teacher – by her teacher Victoria Padma Khandro.
She’s been working in pioneer and visionary projects, and intergenerationally for over 5 years, being a co-founder of Dharma STARS. Madalena is a bridge between the youth and the elders
